Van Leeuwen Buizen, Zy-Tech's European distributor, has booked
a project order with Jacobs Engineering for Nerefco (a BP company). Nerefco is one of the largest crude oil refineries in Europe, located in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
The scope of Zy-Tech DSI valves specified for this project consisted of more than 550 Gate, Globe and Check valves. Sizes ranging from 2" to 18", in Classes 150 to 600 in WCB, WC6, CF3M, CF8M, and CF8C.
The delivery time for these valves was critical. The order required 20 weeks on site delivery for the WCB, WC6 and CF8M valves, and 34 weeks for the CF3M and CF8C valves, which is a great achievement in the current market situation.
This was another benchmark example of a project successfully completed with the help of Zy-Tech's European Distributor, Van Leeuwen Buizen.
